Delivery terms

Geographically, we are located in the city of Vologda (Russia), you can pick up your order in person, having previously specified the details by e-mail. If you are in another city - we send by Russian Post.
Delivery price depends on the total weight and distance of the shipment. Delivery time from range. The goods are dispatched within 3-4 business days from the date of purchase. If you purchased a product by pre-order, then the terms of readiness and dispatch will be indicated in the product card.

Package:
We use corrugated boxes specially made for our publications. All goods are packed in a protective film (bubble wrap) in two layers. For 4 years of work of the store, not a single parcel was damaged!

If you want to use another delivery method (DPD, DHL and others), please contact us before placing your order at vglimited@mail.ru. We will answer you as soon as possible and send it in any way convenient for you. We want to warn you right away that sending by post to Russia is the fastest and cheapest. To send parcels in another way, we may need additional time!

Payment on the site is made with VISA, MasterCard cards through the Tinkov acquiring service. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Return
Refunds or replacements can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. To do this, contact us indicating the reason for the return and provide all the necessary information. In this case, the shipment is paid by the buyer. The funds will be transferred to the account within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
